Evolution requires losing beliefs and creating new ones, jumping between energy levels as we move through life and gain new experiences and also redesigning of our environment (meaning people that are with us might leave, jobs, place we live – everything that is around us).
There comes a time when we realize we are on our own path and no one else can join us there. They can support us during hard times, be there for us temporarily, but in the end we will be the ones living the most time with ourselves. We have our own perspective, reality and we can meet others that can relate to a part of it, but not all of it because they had different experiences, different steps to process them, different understanding of everything. The sooner we realize this and accept it, the better. Often we feel lonely as no one understands us, but this is how it is.
“The cave you fear to enter holds the treasure you seek.”
Joseph Campbel
We are used to get validation and approval from outside, when all we need is to enjoy the moment and find the bright side of the situation and learn the lesson in the meantime. See what works for you and move on from things/situations/people that don’t.
During our lifetime we will go through different stages, some of them require mentors, friends, etc. and some of them require time with yourself, far from the noise, just sitting in silence, sometimes not wanting to speak with anyone, sometimes not wanting to scroll on internet/social media etc., or just taking a walk and admiring the sun, the flowers.. observing the energy changes, sitting near a river, find your place and looking inside yourself.
In the end, when we look back, what matters the most ?
To posses money, houses, cars, power? to be always right ? – when you have all this, you realize that you can still be unhappy and feel empty as when you didn’t had it. That madly chasing these won’t make you feel better. You might lose good people trying to be there for you, or become obsessed by achieving material success that you forget what actually matters.
Real fulfillment comes from connection, purpose and presence.
